In this case, the insolvency order was passed on 4 April 2000. In August 2001, insolvent no.1 expired. The claim of the petitioning creditor was Rs.50,666/-. The learned counsel for the petitioning creditor states that even the petitioning creditor has expired. 2.

The amount lying in the estate account is only Rs.1,133/-. Other than the said amount, there is no record of any assets and liability in the office of Official Assignee which pertains to the insolvent.

In view of the above facts, no material purpose will be served in pursuing this matter. Therefore, Official Assignee's Report is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (A) and (B).
