The petitioner has sought the following prayers: "A. Appoint an Expert Committee for the conservation of Juhu beach and to see whether the alternative solution applied to South Bombay can be applied to Juhu beach as well; B. Issue an injunction and/or other appropriate order, or direction directing the Respondents to comply with the provisions of the law and take immediate steps to protect the natural beauty of the coastal areas from the adverse impacts of the construction of coastal roads;

C. Grant any other relief that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice and equity." 2.

After arguing for sometime, Ms. Anita Bafna, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition. 3.

Public Interest Litigation No.15 of 2026 is dismissed as withdrawn.
