Shirgaonkar the office of the Court Receiver on 25th February 2026, all the other title documents will be submitted by her in the office of the Court Receiver, on or before 13th February 2026. This statement is accepted. The Court Receiver shall thereafter ensure that the terms and conditions for sale of the Flat including public notice shall be settled and finalised by 5th March 2026. 2.

The Court Receiver's Report No. 45 of 2026 is disposed of in terms of the above order. Cost of this Report is quantified at Rs. 5000/- and shall be paid by the Plaintiff to the Court Receiver, on or before 16th February 2026. Considering the directions issued herein, time for completing the sale of the said Flat is hereby, extended till 30th April 2026. ( FARHAN P.
