Ms. Mahawar, learned Counsel appears for the Respondent No. 2 also makes a similar submission.

Both the learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents No. 1 and 2 seek some time to take appropriate instructions in the matter. 4.

Mr. Daver, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner/ Applicant submits that till date no proper disclosures have been made and there is an outstanding of over Rs. 15.5 Crs and that this Court may at least direct presence of the two Respondents in the Court on the next date, although against them there is no show cause notice that has been issued as yet.

Since a request has been made by the learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents No. 1 and 2 for time, only as and by way of indulgence, list on 12th June, 2026.

Let the Respondent No. 2 remain present in the Court on the next date.
