It is not in dispute before me that the PAAA Agreement has been executed pursuant to the order dated 16th June 2025, whereby the Court Receiver was appointed for the said purpose. In view thereof, it is prayed that the Court Receiver be discharged.
The Court Receiver Report is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) which read thus:
"(a) The Hon'ble Court may discharge the Court Receiver, High Court, Bombay, without passing accounts, subject to payment of cost, charges and expenses by the Petitioner;
(b) Cost of this report may please be awarded in the sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) and the same may be allowed to be debited from amount lying in the suit account;"
