The Court Receiver's Report has been placed before this Court for approving the proposed schedule of auction.

Mr. Chopda, learned OSD to the Court Receiver is present in the Court and submits that this is a second round of auction for which schedule has been proposed in the parties meeting. 3.

Mr. Mehta, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant has no objection if the schedule as per the Court Receiver's Report is approved, submitting that his representative was present in the meeting when the schedule was prepared.

Having heard the learned OSD to the Court Receiver and Mr. Mehta, learned Counsel for the Applicant, this Court is of the view that the Court Receiver's Report be allowed in terms of the prayer clauses (a) and (b), which read thus:- "(a) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to approve the schedule of sale that has been fixed in the parties meeting.

(b) The cost of this report may be fixed at Rs.5,000/- and the Petitioner be directed to deposit the same in the office of the Court Receiver."

The Court Receiver's Report accordingly stands allowed and disposed as above.

List the matter for opening of bids on 6th April, 2026 at 3.00 p.m. (ABHAY AHUJA, J.) Nikita Gadgil 2/2
