The suit was disposed vide a detailed order dated 21 However, what remains to be done is to discharge the Court Receiver. The matter has thus been placed on board today at the instance of the Court Receiver.

The Court Receiver shall stand discharged without passing of accounts. The necessary costs charges and expenses of the Court Receiver shall be paid by the Applicants/Plaintiffs within a period of four weeks on being served with this order. Failure to do so would amount to contempt of this order. 3.
