Ms. Thipsay, learned Counsel for the Official Liquidator points out that though this Court had, by an order dated 16 th January, 2026, disposed of the Official Liquidator's Report in terms of prayer clause (c), (d) and (e), no reserved price or EMD for the vehicles, which were to be sold in scrap was fixed. Accordingly, today this direction is sought. Having perused the Valuation Report, insofar as the vehicle bearing Registration No. MH-01-B-413 is concerned, the reserved price is Rs. 60,000/- and EMD shall be 25 % thereof. The Liquidator may proceed accordingly. Having perused the said report, the same is also allowed in terms of prayer clause A.
