The Official Liquidator has, by way of the present Official Liquidator's Report, sought the following directions:

"a) In view of para (14) of this report, whether this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to dispense with the invitation of claims by the Official Liquidator as required under Rule 148 of the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959; f) In view of para (17) of this report, in case at a later stage if any objection is received from any of the creditors of the Company (In Prov. Liqn.), whether this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to file necessary report seeking dissolution of the company as void under provisions of Section 559 of the Companies Act, 1956;" 2.

Ms. Agrawal has tendered a chart setting out the status of the company in liquidation, the same being extracted below for convenience: Vaibhav

Ms. Agrawal has further pointed out that pursuant to the order of winding up, the Official Liquidator was appointed as professional liquidator and has since discharged all duties in the capacity of Official Liquidator. 4.

Given the above and the status of the company in liquidation, the Court allows the directions which have been sought. 5.

Having perused the report and having noted above, the report is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (f).
