The present Official Liquidator's Report seeks the following directions; "a) In view of submissions made in paragraph (7) of this report, whether this Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to appoint Panel Valuer for valuation of immovable assets bearing Survey Nos.87/1/B, 87/3/A, 87/3/B, 86/1, 86/2, 87/3/C, 80/10, 80/9, 84/5/A, 84/6 and 84/4 situated at Village: - Kharsundi, Taluka: - Khalapur, District: - Raigad, Maharashtra and also permit the Official Liquidator may be permitted to pay the Valuation fees out of the funds available to the credit of the Areeb

Heard Mr. Moorjani, perused the records, having due regards to the submissions made and what is set out in the Report, the same is allowed in the interest of justice.
