The Official Liquidator has by way of the present Report sought the following directions;

"a) In view of the submissions made in paragraph (8) of this report, whether this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to negotiate with local bidders by displaying a sale notice on the notice board of the office of the Official Liquidator for the sale of the said car, and to further permit the Official Liquidator to place a report before this Hon'ble Court for confirmation of such sale." 2.
