Ms. Thipsay submits that, the reason for dissolution is that the Companies do not have any funds or assets and /or recoverable debts. She further points out that though claims had been invited, no claims have been received and thus it would be of no use to continue with liquidation process. 3.

Having heard learned counsel and having perused the Official Liquidator Reports, I find merit in the submissions made, the Official Liquidator has set out that the Company does not have any funds or assets and /or recoverable debts therefore, the continuation of the liquidation process would be an exercise in futility and would endeavor to the benefits of none. Hence the Official Liquidator Reports are accordingly allowed.

IN OFFICIAL LIQUIDATOR'S REPORT NOS. 55 OF 2026 AND 56 OF 2026: i.

Ms. Thipsay however, points out that in Official Liquidator's Report Nos. 55 of 2026 and 56 of 2026, suo moto claims were received from the parties claiming to be creditors, however, since the company in liquidation did not have any funds, the same did not proceed. ii.

The Official Liquidator shall take steps for returning the moneys to

12/12 the petitioning creditors if the Official Liquidator is unable to do so, the said amount will stand transferred to company in liquidation. 4.
