The Official Liquidator by way of the present Report seeks the following reliefs/directions:

"a) In view of the para (8) of this report, whether this Hon'ble Court would be pleased to ratify the appointment of Advocate Mr. Sharad Bansal to assist the Ld. Senior Counsel Mr. Naushad Engineer;

b) In view of para (5), the Official Liquidator may be permitted to pay a sum of Rs.7,15,000/- (Seven Lacs Fifteen Thousand Only) to Mr. Naushad Engineer, Senior Counsel after deduction of the necessary taxes, c) In view of para (9), the Official Liquidator may be permitted to pay a sum of Rs.10,609/- (Ten Thousand Six Hundred and Nine Only) to Admire Publicity Areeb

d) In view of para (10), ratify the appointment of Security Guards of Observex Security Private Limited to safeguard the assets situated at Nalanda Shopping Centre, Vaikunthlal Mehta Road JVPD Scheme Vile Parle (W) Mumbai-400 049; e) In view of para (11), the Official Liquidator may be permitted to pay a sum of Rs. 12,04,041/- (Twelve Lacs Four Thousand and Forty One Only) to Observex Security Private Limited towards the Security charges after deduction of necessary taxes;

f) In view of the para (12), the Official Liquidator may be permitted to transfer the fund Rs.19,29,650/- (Rupees Ninteen Lacs Twenty Nine Thousand Six Hundred and Fifty Only) from the funds in respect of the said company (In Liqn.) presently lying in the custody of the Prothonotary and Senior Master, Hon'ble High Court, Bombay to enable it to pay professional fees of Senior Counsel Mr. Naushad Engineer, as well as advertisement expenses incurred by Admire Publicity Private Limited and Security Charges of the Observex Security Private Limited after deduction of necessary taxes;"
