It is pointed out that the Official Liquidator seeks to carry out paper publication inviting objections to the dissolution of the Company, since the date of winding up order was 16 th August, 1976.

Having due regard to the submissions made, Ms. Agrawal is correct in pressing for prayer clauses 'a' and 'c', the same are accordingly allowed. 3.

In so far as other prayer clauses are concerned, the same will be considered once the Auditor's Report is before the Court. th April, 2026.
