The Official Liquidator has by way of the present Report sought the following directions/reliefs:
"a) In view of para (14) of this report, whether this Hon'ble Court would be pleased to grant permission to engage twelve (12) Daily Wages Manpower for a period of one year, viz, Nine (9) Daily Wages Manpower under the skilled category for doing clerical work and three (3) Daily Wages Manpower under the semi-skilled for doing Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) work, from a Manpower Supplying Firm / Company after invitation and bidding in GeM and further permit the Official Liquidator to make monthly payments to such Firm/Company out of the Common Pool Fund of the Official liquidator, subject to deduction of TDS, ESIC, Provident Fund, Professional Tax etc. at the applicable prevailing rates with the condition that the cost of hiring for one year would not exceed Rs 47,52,000/- (Rupees Forty Seven Lacs Fifty Two Thousand); Areeb

Having, heard Ms. Agrawal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Official Liquidator, who has taken me through the Report, which details the reasons why such an additional manpower is required by the Official Liquidator. On a perusal of the Report, I find that the same would have to be allowed for the purposes of proper functioning of the office of the Official Liquidator. The Official Liquidator has in detail explained the reasons for such appointment, thus allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'a' and 'b' and accordingly disposed of.
