The Application is taken out by the Official Liquidator of GOL Offshore Ltd. (In Liquidation).

The Learned Advocate for the applicant draws my attention to an order dated January 16, 2026 passed by the Learned Single Judge in its Admiralty Jurisdiction, and in particular paragraph 4 thereof. The Official Liquidator would need to deposit the sale proceeds of some of the ships of the Company under liquidation in the account of Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court pursuant to the aforesaid order passed by the Learned Single Judge. A statement to this effect has been given as an undertaking to the Court. 4.

In view thereof, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), permitting the Official Liquidator to transfer the amount stated therein to the Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court, being the sale proceeds of the vessels of the Company in liquidation in compliance with the order dated January 16, 2026. 5.

In view of above, the matter is disposed of accordingly. 6.

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
