The Official Liquidator has by way of the present report sought the following substantive reliefs:
"a) In view of submissions made in paragraph (6) and (7) of this report, whether this Hon'ble Court permit the Official Liquidator to publish Notice for inviting claims in newspapers namely, "Indian Express" (English) and "Loksatta" (Marathi), both published and having circulation in Mumbai; "Indian Express" (English) and "Prajavani" (Kannada), both published and having circulation in Bangalore; "Indian Express" (English) and "Dainik Bhaskar" (Hindi) both published and having circulation in Gwalior; "Indian Express" (English) and "Loksatta" (Marathi), both published and having circulation in Solapur through the Panel Advertising Agency and to pay the professional fees of Panel Advertising Agency, out of the funds available to credit of the Company (in Liquidation), subject to deductions of applicable taxes, if any.;

2/2 15-OLR-147-26.DOC b) In view of submissions made in paragraph (8) of this report, whether this Hon'ble Court dispense with the requirement of issuance of notices to the creditors by the Official Liquidator under Rule 148(2) of the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959, read with Companies Act, 1956, in the absence of a complete Statement of Affairs as required under Section 454 of the said Act; c) In view of submissions made in paragraph (9) of this report, whether this Hon'ble this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to appoint the Panel Chartered Accountant for adjudication of the claims of the creditors, and to file list of such admitted claims of creditors with this Hon'ble Court and pay the professional fees of Panel Chartered Accountants out of the funds available to credit of the Company (in Liquidation), subject to deductions of applicable taxes, if any;"
Heard Mr. Sheth, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Official Liquidator, who has invited my attention to the order dated 8 th August 2025, by which this Court had directed Mantri Realty to wound up and the provisional liquidator was appointed as an Official Liquidator with all powers under the Companies Act. Thus, the aforesaid directions which the Official Liquidator seeks today are next natural consequences step to the liquidation proceedings. The Official Liquidator Report is therefore, allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (c).
