The Official Liquidator's Report seeks the following directions: "a) In view of paragraph (7) and (8) of this report whether this Hon'ble Court would be pleased to confirm the sale in favour of Parth Shirishkumar Gandhi being highest bidder for his bid of Rs.34,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty Four Lakh Only) in respect of immovable property at Plot No.5, Survey No.410/03, New survey No.1368 situated at Village Indrad, Taluka Kadi, District Mehsana, Gujarat 382 715;
b) If prayer (a) is affirmative and in view of para (5) of this report whether this Hon'ble Court would be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to mention the new survey number as 1368 instead of Vaibhav
2/2 15-OLR-154-2026 (OS).DOC 1370 in the Sale Deed in respect of the immovable property at Plot No.5, Survey No.410/03, New survey No.1368 situated at Village Indrad, Taluka Kadi, District Mehsana, Gujarat 382 715; c) In view of paragraph (9) of this report, if the sale is confirmed in favour of Parth Shirishkumar Gandhi, whether this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to handover the possession of immovable property i.e Plot No.5, Survey No.410/03, New Survey No.1368 situated at Village Indrad, Taluka Kadi, District Mehsana, Gujarat 382 715 to Parth Shirishkumar Gandhi within 30 days after receipt of balance consideration as prescribed in terms and condition, as approved by this Hon'ble Court;" 2.
Heard Ms. Agrawal, learned counsel for the Official Liquidator, who points out that pursuant to the previous order, the online auction was held in respect of the said property. The H1 bidder is one Mr. Parth Shirishkumar Gandhi, who has submitted a bid of Rs.34,00,000/-. The bid is virtually double the reserve price that was fixed.

None has appeared today in Court to offer a higher price or to object to the confirmation of the sale in favour of Mr. Parth Shirishkumar Gandhi. 4.
Hence, having due regard to the averments made in the Official Liquidator's Report and the previous order passed, in particular the order dated th February 2026, the Official Liquidator's Report is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (c).

In light of this, the deposits made by the other bidders shall be returned to them.
