The Official Liquidator's Report seeks the following directions: "(a) In view of para (9) and (10) of this report, whether this Hon'ble Court would be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator for retention and continuation of nine (9) Drafting Counsels/Associates for additional 12 (twelve) months after the end of respective tenure of engagement on the dates 16.06.2026, 30.06.2026 and 15.07.2026, respectively as mentioned in Table in para (8) of this report on the same terms and conditions;

(b) If prayer clause (a) is affirmative, whether this Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to pay the remuneration of Rs. 50,000/- per month (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) to each of the Drafting Counsels/Associates, subject to TDS and applicable taxes, if any, out of Common Pool Fund Account, maintained by the office of Official Liquidator;"

I have heard, Mr. Sheth, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Areeb

Having due regard to what is stated in the Report, I am satisfied that the Report would have to be allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). 4.

The Official Liquidator's Report is accordingly disposed of. [ARIF S. DOCTOR, J.] Areeb
