Heard, Mr. Savant, it is his contention that the Respondent is in contempt of the Consent Award dated 23 rd December, 2025, which has been passed in the Arbitration proceedings between the parties. It is his submission that by the Consent Award an amount of Rs. 6,50,00,000/- (Rupees six crore fifty lakhs) was to be paid by the Petitioner to the Respondent on the Respondent signing a deed of retirement and re-constitution. It is his contention that the amount of Rs. 6,50,00,000/- (Rupees six crore fifty lakhs) is ready, however, the Respondent is not coming forward to execute the deed of retirement and re-constitution. th March, 2026.
