I am informed that there is much progress taken place in the matter. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the draft deed of retirement and re-constitution pursuant to consent terms thereto is also drawn and also cheque for the amount of Rs. 6,50,00,000/-. 2.

The learned Counsel for the Respondent however, submits that the draft deed as circulated does not had certain clauses which had to be incorporated which is necessary for the Respondent to be taken up in her own Contempt Petition.
