1) The Contempt Petition is filed with a complaint that Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 have breached the direction issued in the order dated 5 December 2025 by not vacating possession of their respective premises within the timeline stipulated in the notice. 2) Mr. Mehta, the learned counsel appearing for Respondent No. 3 expresses a genuine difficulty in securing alternate premises and prays for time of two weeks to vacate the premises. Renuka 908-CPCD-9-2026 Respondent No. 3 shall vacate the premises in his occupation on or before 21 May 2026.
3) So far as Respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 4 are concerned. Ms. Yvette Jonna D'Souza, Mr. Satish Shetty, and Luke A. Fonseca appear in person and submit that the premises are already vacated and few articles are lying therein. They submit that by 9 May 2026, even the articles would be removed and possession would be handed over to the developer. Statement is accepted.
4) In view of the above arrangements, noting survives to be adjudicated in the Contempt Petition and the same is accordingly disposed of.
