However, it is clarified that Petitioner's entitlement to interim measures shall be decided independently by Arbitral Tribunal, which shall not be influenced by the fact that the Respondent has provided Bank Guarantee as directed in the order dated 13 August 2025.

3) Contempt Petition and the Interim Application both are disposed of.
