They submit to a decree on admission in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b), (c) and (d) of the plaint. Their identify is verified from the aadhaar card placed on record. The statement made in the Consent Terms is accepted as undertaking given to this Court. 2.
The suit is decreed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b), (c) and (d) of the plaint. Refund of court fees as per Rules. 3.
Court Receiver's Report is disposed of. Court Receiver is discharged without passing of accounts. All costs, charges and expenses of the Court Receiver to be paid by the Plaintiffs within a period of 8 days of demand being raised by the Court Receiver. 4.
Interim Application does not survive for consideration and stands disposed of.
