The captioned Commercial Miscellaneous Petition impugns an order by which the Petitioner's patent application was revoked in a post grant opposition proceedings. I have heard Mr. Kamod, learned counsel for the Petitioner at some length, who has made the preliminary submissions. Mr. Kamod submits that Respondents have been served privately and affidavit of service to that effect has been filed.
