By the Present Interim Application, the applicant seeks recall of the order dated 21st November, 2025 rejecting the Arbitration Petition for failure to remove office objection within the prescribed period of two weeks. Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that inadvertently office objections were not complied with. 2.

For the reasons stated, the order dated 21st November, 2025 qua the present Petitioner is recalled. The Arbitration Petition is restored to file subject to removal of office objections if any, within period of three weeks.
