Having heard the learned Counsel and having considered her submissions and having perused the Interim Application with her assistance, this Court is of the view that the Interim Application be allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus: "(a) The Applicant be taken/substituted as party Applicant in place of Orig. Applicant (L & T Finance Ltd.) as the Applicant is the assignee in respect of Receivables with Underlying Security."

Let amendments as per the schedule be carried out within a period of four weeks and the amended proceedings be served and an appropriate Affidavit of Service be filed.

List the Execution Application and Chamber Summons on 15th July, 2026.
