The present Interim Applications are taken up for consideration. Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and upon perusing the contents of the Interim Applications, the same are allowed. The Applicants/Plaintiffs are permitted to carry out the necessary amendment in the Suit in terms of Schedule annexed and marked as Exhibit-C to the Interim Applications. 2.
Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. Re-verification is dispensed with.

Learned counsel for the parties have today tendered the Consent Terms by which it is submitted that all the disputes and differences between the parties in the captioned Suit have been amicably resolved. Learned counsel submit that these Consent Terms have been duly executed before the learned mediator (Hon'ble Justice S. J. Vazifdar, former Chief Justice of the Punjab And Haryana High Court), who was appointed as mediator in the matter by the Hon'ble th November 2025.
Supreme Court by a detailed order dated 28 4.
A copy of the order as well as a copy of the Settlement Agreement dated th February 2026, placed before me indicates that the same has been executed by parties to the present Suit.

Learned counsel point out that the draft of the Consent Terms were appended to the Settlement Agreement, pursuant to which the same have been duly executed by the parties. Learned counsel for the parties identified the signatures of their respective clients on the Consent Terms and confirm that the Consent Terms were executed in their presence. 6.
Having due regard to the fact that the Consent Terms have been duly executed before the learned mediator, the same are marked as "X" for identification and taken on record.

The undertakings given in the Consent Terms are accepted as undertakings given to the Court.

The Suits are therefore disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms. th December 9.
The Court Receiver who was appointed vide an order dated 14 2018 shall stand discharged without passing of accounts on the Applicants/Plaintiffs undertaking to make payment of all the necessary costs, charges and expenses of the Court Receiver.

A soft copy of the Consent Terms will be uploaded as the second order in the matter. The Registry is to ensure that the hard copies of the signed Consent Terms are permanently retained on file as part of the record and are not sent for destruction in the ordinary course.

All pending applications are disposed of.
12.
Refund of Court fees, if any, as per rules.
