Present Interim Application is filed by Applicant - Defendant No. 5 for seeking condonation of delay of 151 days in filing the written statement and for taking the same on record.

Mr. Kantawala, Mr. Modi and Mr. Cama, learned Advocates have graciously and in their usual fairness at the bar do not oppose the reasons for condonation of delay. Their conduct is highly appreciated by this Court for not raising unnecessary and frivolous grounds to oppose the Interim Application. For the reasons stated in the Interim Application, the Interim Application is allowed. 5.
In view of the above, Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).
