Commercial Suit No. 111 of 2023 and Commercial Suit No. 112 of 2023 came to be dismissed for non prosecution by Order of a Learned Single Judge of this Court dated October 1, 2025. Interim Application No.374 of 2026 and Interim Application No. 382 of 2026 were filed seeking restoration of the said Suits. On the last occasion, Interim Application No. 382 of 2026 was disposed of and Commercial Suit No. 112 of 2023 came to be restored, but Commercial Suit No. 111 of 2023 had not tagged on that day. Therefore, the captioned Suit shall APRIL 17 , 2026 Rutuja Borse, PA

11-IA-374-2026.doc also stand restored in accordance with the same terms as set out in the order dated dated March 27, 2026 in the other Suit. 2.

It is clarified that the costs payable are to be treated as distinct in each suit. The time to comply with the payment of costs in both Suits is extended until April 24, 2026. Subject to compliance with the payment of costs within the stipulated period, the proceedings in both Suits shall stand restored. 3.

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
