Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Original Plaintiff submits that the amount remitted was as per instructions and in the event there is any grievance, the same may be addressed by way of correspondence.

It appears that some correspondence has been exchanged, however, let learned counsel ascertain this fact, in the event, the issue is not resolved, all rights of the Applicant are kept open.
