The present Interim Application seeks formal relief to amend the cause title as per schedule annexed at Exhibit-A.

Learned counsel submit that the address of 14 Defendants has been changed and therefore the present application has been filed. 3.

Since the Interim Application is clearly formal in nature, there is and can be no opposition to such an application being allowed. 4.

Hence, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (c), which reads thus:

This Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow the Plaintiffs to amend the cause title as per the Schedule attached herewith at "Exhibit-A" to the present Vaibhav

Consequently, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the Prothonotary and Senior Master to re-issue Writ of Summons upon the Defendant Nos. 6 to 14 on the amended addresses as per the Schedule annexed at Exhibit-A; c.

This Hon'ble Court be pleased to extend the returnable date on the Writ of Summons by a period of 4 (four) weeks from the date of the disposal of the present Application;"
