The captioned Interim Application seeks the following reliefs; "a) that the Applicant be substituted as the Plaintiff No.1 in the Suit; b) that the Applicant be permitted to amend the Plaint as per the Schedule I annexed hereto;

c) Consequential amendments be allowed to the Plaint; d) for costs and;"

Learned counsel for the Defendant fairly submits that the same may be allowed and hence accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'a' to 'c'. 3.

The Interim Application No. 525 of 2026 is accordingly disposed of. 4.
