The Applicant has by way of present Interim Application sought that the (i) Applicant be substituted as Plaintiff No. 1 to the Suit and (ii) for consequential amendments as more particularly set out in the Schedule of the amendments. 2.

The Interim Application has been duly served upon the Defendant, despite which none has appeared for the Defendant to oppose. 3.

Having heard learned counsel and having perused the Interim Application, I find that the same would have to be allowed thus Interim Application No. 532 of 2026 is allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'a' to 'c'. 4.
