This Interim Application seeks restoration of the captioned Commercial Arbitration Application which came to be dismissed for non-removal of office objections.

Mr. Shukla, learned counsel for the Respondent, who does not oppose this request.

The Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which reads thus:

Restore Commercial Arbitration Application (L) No. 33964 of 2023 which stands disposed of for non-removal of office objections under Rule 986 of the High Court (Original Side) Rules, 1980;" 4.
