Interim Application No. 643 of 2026 is an Interim Application to bring on record the legal heirs of Defendant No. 3. It is submitted that Defendant No. 3 passed away on December 27, 2023. 2.

For the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed and the proposed amendments to bring on record the legal heirs may be carried out within a period two weeks from the upload of this order on the court's website.

Interim Application No. 643 of 2026 is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. Stand over the rest of the Interim Applications to June 10, 2026. 4.
