The Interim Application has been preferred for relocating the seized material, as the applicant, who is the original Defendant, has vacated the tenanted premises.

By order dated 6th March 2025, this Court had granted ex-parte ad-interim relief, and Court Receiver came to be appointed for seizing the infringing goods.

As the commission has been executed and the goods were seized and sealed in Defendant's premises, which premises were licensed premises, the seized material to be handed over in the possession of the Plaintiff in the presence of the Court Receiver, and the representatives of the Plaintiff and the Defendants. 4.
The Court Receiver to visit the concerned premises on 17th March 2026 at 11:30 a.m. and hand over the seized goods to the Plaintiff. A report to that effect be furnished to this Court on the next date. 5.
Stand over to 2nd April 2026.

Interim Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. 7.
