By an order dated November 14, 2025, Registry was directed to issue summons in terms of the contents of the said order. 2.
Learned Counsel for the Respondents submits that although summons have been received, they have not complied with the same on the premise that a Review Petition has been filed seeking a recall of the order dated November 14, 2025.

The Review Petition is said to have been filed but is not even numbered. This cannot be the basis for holding up compliance with the order dated November 14, 2025. Summons having been received, the Respondents must comply with the same.

Registry is directed to complete all requisite actions pursuant to the order dated November 14, 2025. Should any procedural facet remain pending in view of one of the addresses of the witness being a foreign address, such process, if any, shall also be completed within a period of two weeks from today.

Since the Advocates on record for the Respondents have even entered appearance, they are directed to furnish a copy of the current address to the Registry within a week from today since it is stated that the addresses have changed. If there is no change in the address, there will be no need to make further changes.
7.
All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
