DATE : 9 FEBRUARY, 2026 P.C. :- 1) This interim application has been filed by the decree holder seeking a direction of this Court to the Sheriff of Mumbai/Prothonotary and Senior Master to transfer the balance sale proceeds, lying with them arising out of sale of attached property being premises at Mulund (East), Mumbai 400 080 towards partial satisfaction of the decreetal amount.

2) Though Mr.Panicker, learned advocate appearing for the decree holder submits that he has given notice to the advocate who had appeared for the judgment debtor on the last occasion, however,

3) Mr.Panicker is hereby directed to serve a copy of the order passed today to the advocate Mr.Sonawane who had appeared on the last occasion for the judgment debtor.

3) Stand over to 16 February, 2026.

4) It is made clear that after receipt of the notice, if none appears for the judgment debtor, this interim application will be heard on merits.
