Affidavit of Service dated February 4, 2026, and Affidavit of Service dated February 11, 2026, both are taken on record. They would indicate that copies of the present Interim Application along with the Commercial Suit have been duly served upon the Respondents intimating them about the next date in the matter. 2.

This Interim Application has been filed seeking restoration of the proceedings.

Upon going through the last order dated August 26, 2024 passed by the Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court, it is apparent that the Commercial Suit came to be dismissed for nonremoval of the office objections within the stipulated time period. 4.

For the reasons set out in the Interim Application for restoration of the Commercial Suit, the Interim Application is allowed. Pending office objections, if any, shall be removed by the learned Advocate for the Plaintiffs within a period of four weeks from the date of upload of this order on the website of the Court. Once the office objections are removed, the Registry is directed to examine the record and auto-list the matter as per the Standard Operating Procedure of this Court.

The Interim Application is finally disposed of in the aforesaid terms.

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
