At the outset, learned counsel for the Petitioner tendered draft amendment seeking to implead Respondent No.5.-Eraaya Lifespaces Limited as party Respondent. Mr. Sethi entered appearance on behalf of Respondent No.5 and does not oppose the same. The draft amendment is taken on record and marked as "X". Amendment to be carried out within a period of one week from today. Reverification is dispensed with.

Learned counsel for the parties have today tendered consent terms dated th April 2026, which is taken on record and marked as "X-1". Learned counsel for the parties sought leave to replace Schedule III to the Consent Terms. They are permitted to do so. Learned Counsel for the parties submit that Interim application No.914 of 2026 and Interim Application No.915 of 2026 are disposed of in terms of draft minutes of order annexed at Schedule III to the consent terms. Order in terms of the draft minutes of order. For ease of reference the said draft minutes of order is scanned and reproduced hereinbelow:-
