This is the interim application which prays for restoration of an interim application (L) No.897 of 2026, whereby, by an order dated 3 February 2026, we had dismissed the said interim application for want of prosecution. 2.

Having perused the averments as made in the application, we are of the opinion that it is in the interest of justice that the interim application (L) No.897 of 2026 be restored to the file of this Court. 3.
