The present Interim Application seeks condonation of delay and recall/setting aside of an order dated 14th October 2025 which dismissed the Writ Petition on account of non-appearance on the part of the Petitioners. 2.

This Court is satisfied with the reasons for non-appearance on 14th October 2025 as more particularly set out therein and accordingly, is of the view that the said Interim Application deserves to be allowed. Hence, the following order:

::ORDER::

(i) Subject to the Petitioners depositing a sum of Rs. 10,000/- ------------------------------------- Order dated 15th April 2026

with the High Court Employees' Medical Welfare Fund, on or before 30th April 2026, the Writ Petition shall stand restored to the file of this Court.

(ii) The present Interim Application is disposed of in terms of the above order.

(iii) All pending Interim Applications in the Writ Petition shall also stand restored.
