Mr. Soni, learned Counsel, appears for the Interim Applicant and submits that the Interim Application seeks to delete the name of the deceased Defendant No.1. Mr. Soni also submits that the heirs are already Defendants No.2 to 4 and the Plaintiff. 3.
The learned Counsel appearing for the said Defendants have no objection.

Having heard the learned Counsel and having considered their submissions, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (i).

Let the amendments as per the schedule be carried out within a period of two weeks.

Let the amended proceedings be served on the others in two weeks thereafter and an appropriate affidavit of service be filed. 7.
The Interim Application accordingly stands allowed and disposed as above.
