INTERIM APPLICATION 1019 OF 2026 1.

Mr. Yashodhan Divekar, learned Counsel who appears on behalf of the Applicants submits that the Applicants have served all the parties save and except Defendant nos. 9(e)(1) and 9(e)(2), who are stated to be residing in Ahmednagar.

Considering this, stand over to 23rd March 2026 under the caption "High on Board" before which date, the Applicants shall file an Affidavit-of-Service evincing service on Defendant nos. 9(e)(1) and 9(e)(2). 3.

At the oral request of Mr. Yashodhan Divekar, the Applicants are permitted to forthwith amend the cause title of Interim Application no. 1019 of 2026 so as to include the names and addresses of Defendant nos. 9(e)(1) and 9(e)(2) in place of Defendant no. 9(e).

This amendment shall be carried out in the course of today. 5.

Re-verification is dispensed with.
