Mr. Yashodhan Divekar, learned Counsel who appears on behalf of the Applicant tenders an Affidavit-of-Service dated 23rd March 2026. A perusal of this Affidavit reveals that Defendant nos. 9e(i) and 9e(ii) have still not been served. The tracking report that is annexed to the said Affidavit ------------------------------------- Order dated 23rd March 2026

12-S-438-1951 Narsing Pupale Vs.Narsubai Pupala reveals that their door was locked and therefore, service could not be effected.

Considering this, Mr. Divekar seeks some more time to serve the said Defendants through all possible modes and file an Affidavit-of-Service to that effect, on or before the next date.
