This Interim Application has been filed for recalling the Order dated 3rd December, 2025 pertaining to the Applicant's Application and to restore Commercial Execution Application No. 17 of 2026. I have heard the learned Counsel for the parties. In my view, sufficient cause has been shown in the Interim Application for restoring the Commercial Execution Application No. 17 of 2026. In these circumstances, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads as under:- S.R.JOSHI
