The above Interim Application is filed seeking to restore to the file of this Court the above Writ Petition, which was dismissed pursuant to the Notice dated 2nd June 2023. This Notice inter alia directed that all office objections in all Writ Petitions filed under direct tax laws were to be removed within a period of 8 weeks, failing which the same would stand rejected under Rule 986 of the Bombay High Court (Original Side) Rules, 1980. This period for removing office objections was thereafter further extended by Notices dated 28th July 2023, 20th October 2023 and 15th January 2024. MARCH 17, 2026 Mohite

Having heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant as well as Mr.Akhileshwar Sharma, appearing on behalf of the Revenue, and for the reasons stated in the above Interim Application, we direct that the above Writ Petition be restored back to the file of this Court. 3.

Now that the Writ Petition is restored to file, the Advocates for the Applicant/Petitioner shall remove all office objections within a period of 2 weeks from today, failing which the above Writ Petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court and no further Application for restoration shall be entertained.

The Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. However, there shall be no order as to costs. 5.
