When the matter is called out, Ms.Somaiya, learned Counsel appears and submits that since the service by the regular mode at the last known address could not be effected and it appears that Respondents are avoiding service, this Interim Application for substituted service has been taken out.

Having heard the learned Counsel and having considered her submissions, this Court is of the view that the Interim Application be Mandar M. 1/2

45-IA-6852-2025.doc allowed in terms of prayer Clause (a) which reads thus: "a. This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to allow the present application, and the directions may be passed by the Hon'ble Court for issuance of the Notice/Summons to Respondents by way of newspaper publication in the locality where the Respondents were last known to have resided or personally worked for gains."

Let the service by way of substituted mode be effected as above within a period of four weeks and an appropriate Affidavit of service be filed.

The Interim Application accordingly stands allowed and disposed as above.
