Appropriate administration bond to secure the interest and justify the surety of the Respondent who is a lunatic person stands allowed in view of the undertaking to be given in terms of paragraph Nos.9 and 10 of the Interim Application.

The Grant will be prepared and issued to Applicant only after administration bond is filed with the Department to the above effect.

Needless to state that undertaking of indemnity and undertaking to ensure that prior permission of the Court before sale of property is taken in accordance with law shall both be filed as stated in paragraph Nos.9 and 10.

In that view of the matter, there can be no impediment in allowing and disposing of Interim Application in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Interim Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).
